OPTION 2: FINDERS FEE:

Perfect Home can provide a service where we find tenants for Landlords who wish to manage their properties themselves. Our rate for Finders Fee is 65% of the first months rent, there is also a £50 advertising fee which relates to your property being advertised on various websites.
Services included for fee:

• Market your property.
• Arrange and follow up viewings.
• Full reference check on the tenant.
• We will obtain ID.
• Draw up full lease agreement and all supporting Legal documents.
• We will take a deposit.
• Advise utility companies (council tax, gas and electricity).
• Prepare Inventory.

Once the tenant has moved in to your property we will inform them of your contact details and bank details to pay their rent directly into your account each month.
We will pass the deposit on to yourself and should there be any damages to the property it is to your discretion that monies should be deducted.
Once all the paperwork has been completed the management will be handed over to yourself.
